Michael Wade has over 30 years’ experience at Lloyd’s and is currently a Senior Advisor to the Cabinet Office, having served as Crown Representative for Insurance at the Cabinet Office between 2013 and 2015. Michael was recently Executive Chairman of Besso Insurance Group and previously served on the Council and Committee of Lloyd’s. Michael’s previous experience includes overseeing the formation of Rostrum Group, CLM Insurance Fund and Holman Wade.

Simon Hayes, ACII, has over 20 years’ regulated financial services experience and brings a broad range of commercial, corporate finance and business development experience to the role. Simon is currently Chairman of Peel Hunt, having previously served as Chief Executive for 10 years. Simon stared his career at Methuen, a Lloyd’s underwriting agency, from where he joined Peel Hunt as an equity research analyst, specialising in the insurance sector.
