Neon is pleased to announce the strengthening of its underwriting management team with the appointment of Annabel Fell-Clark and the promotion of Andrew Dougall.

Annabel joins as Underwriting Manager and will be responsible for the oversight of underwriting governance as Neon continues to develop its underwriting capabilities. Annabel brings to the position over two decades of insurance experience, including as CEO of AXA ART, where she was responsible for UK, Asia, Scandinavia and International business via the London Market broker network. Her previous roles include underwriting positions at Hiscox and Ascot.

Having joined Neon as Head of Casualty in 2016, Andrew has been promoted to Deputy Active Underwriter. Andrew has been instrumental in re-positioning the Casualty portfolio since joining and has led initiatives to generate new business opportunities. Bringing over 20 years’ underwriting experience, he will now have an expanded remit and support the Chief Underwriting Officer to oversee Neon’s underwriting portfolio.
